Prep your home for its photo shoot! Ensure your home is in its best shape for photos that will be posted.

SHOWINGS

SCHEDULING

Buyer's Agents will request a showtime to see your home.

I will coordinate with you in advance to ensure this works for you.

OFFER

If you have one or multiple offers we will navigate through them thoroughly to decipher which is the best deal. We can negotiate and counter offer. 

OFFER ACCEPTED

This puts your home under contract. Depending on the contract and type of lending (if any) option period days and inspections may vary.

INSPECTION PASSED AND YOUR HOME APPRAISED

Your home is in great shape and it appraised for the sales price.
